Project and Submission Requirements

Hard Demos Only. No Slides. No Fluff. 🛠️

• Live Action Only: No slides, no pitch decks. Show us the project actually working.

• The Demo: Demonstrate your app interface (Antigravity), your agentic workflows, or your backend logic in real-time.

• The Proof: Show us how your "Compass" works in a real scenario that proves its Local Impact.

Prizes

Since this is a community-driven volunteer event, the prizes are exclusive items from Anna’s private Google collection—merch you cannot buy in a store:

• 1st Place: The "Lead Architect" Award — Google Hat + Google Cloud Credits + A featured shout-out/interview on Anna's LinkedIn.

• 2nd Place: The "Agent Master" Award — Google Socks + Community Recognition.

• Special Mention: "The Pattern Breaker" — For the most creative use of Antigravity or Gemini to solve a local issue.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

• Local Impact (40%): Does this project solve a real, tangible problem for a local community or person?

• Technical Execution (30%): How well did you use Gemini and Agentic workflows to build the "Compass"?

• Innovation & Utility (30%): How effectively does the tool "Break the Pattern" of traditional software?
